X Games: 17-year-old won the super pipe

Japanese Ayumu Hirano (17) took his first X Games gold in the men’s superpipe. He received a top score of 94.66 points.
The 17-year-old won with a clear margin. Russian Juri Podladtsjikov finished second (88.00), while American Chase Josey got the bronze medal (85.66) in Friday’s contest in Oslo.
– The best piperun I have ever seen,  TV2 snowboard expert Andreas Wiig Ygre  said about the Japanese’s achievement.
