David Bowie died of cancer Sunday. The British music legend, who was 69 years old, kept the disease secret.
“David Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after the a courageous 18-month battle with cancer. Many of you are going to share this loss and we ask that you respect the family’s wish for peace in their mourning, “it is stated on Bowie’s Facebook page.
Bowie died Sunday a few days after he released his 29th album “Black Star” while he turned 69 years. “Black Star”, which has seven songs were well received by critics when it was released on January the 8.”Very sorry and sad to say that it is true.
