At the Norwegian Folk Museum in Oslo, several exhibitions have been destroyed because of the rainstorm on Saturday.

Chief of Civil Defence, Jon Berntsen, said to NRK that they are working to minimize the damage after the water rose to 70 centimeters high in several cellars in the open air Museum in Oslo.

The rainstorm Saturday morning hit Bygdøy the hardest with a record one hour percipitation, between 11 and 12 o’clock, of 33.4 millimeters.

In Oslo, Asker and Bærum the fire department worked through Saturday with flooded basements and figured that this work would keep them busy the rest of the day.
