Noah’s Ark damaged in collision at Oslo harbor

The well-known  exhibition ship Noah’s ark has been heavily damaged after it crashed into a coast guard ship docked in Oslo.
The  starboard(front right side) of the ship has been  heavily damaged in   and the ship received help from a tugboat in order to reach back waterfront again.

The accident happened during the relocation of the ship, the security officer on  guard at the Norwegian coast guard ship informs. The coast guard ship was also damaged during this accident.
NTB has been in contact with the  management team of the  museum ship, but so far they haven’t been able to comment on the incident .

The Dutch ship is 70 meters long and 13 meters high, according to the project’s website. Aad Peters, artist and doll actor,  has made a Bible museum inside the ship.
The ship is located in Bjørvika, but is meant to be transferred to Sandefjord later this month. It has already visited a number of Norwegian cities.
