The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, a list made famous for historically excluding female chefs and for its bias toward expensive, European menus and for not requiring its judges to pay for meals, has named its 2018 Best Restaurants.
Maaemo. Translated in English as The Mother Earth, Maaemo also translates into one of the top restaurants in the world; with the Oslo eatery named as the world’s 35th best restaurant; up from 79th place last year.
