Unveiling of Santa Claus in Ekebergparken
See the unveiling of a brand new sculpture in Ekebergparken, Oslo.
At 5.00 pm on 31 May, the statue of Julenissen (Santa Claus) will be unveiled in Ekebergparken. The statue is made by artist Paul McCarthy, and depicts a Santa Claus-figure holding a Christmas tree. A similar statue, also by McCarthy, is on display in Rotterdam in The Netherlands.
