The Norwegian energy company Bekk og Strøm and Finnish SV Vattenkraft combine to own and operate 15 Norwegian hydropower plants in a new joint venture.

SV Vattenfall already has for several years had ownership of the three power plants at Svartdalen, Imsland and Fosstveit.
In the new joint venture BoS Vattenkraft adds Bekk og Strøm into their twelve small power plants at in Trondelag.
The total of 15 power plants will be operated by Bekk og Strøm fledgling operators BoS Management.
– Bekk og Strøm and SV Vattenkraft have coinciding views on what concerns the future of Norwegian small hydro industry, and we look forward to further developing our presence in the Norwegian market together with the company, says CEO Akke Kuusela from SV Vattenkraft in a statement.
Total annual production is 90 GWh, which corresponds to the annual consumption of 4,500 households.
