The fire service gets a score of 80 points, making it the most popular agency in the public sector, according to Difi’s (Agency for Public Management and eGovernment) annual population survey.
At the other end of the scale are NAV and the public transport in the municipalities, which both score 56 out of 100 possible points, writes Fagbladet.
The worst, however, is the Planning and Building Services, with 53 points.
Difi’s population survey is the most comprehensive survey in Norway and has been conducted every other year since 2010.
A total of 40,000 people have contributed with their impressions of the public services.
