From April 2017 Widerøe starts direct flights between Oslo, Lofoten and inner Helgeland.

The airline is introducing direct flights from the capital to Stokmarknes, Svolvær, Leknes, Mosjøen and Mo in Rana.

All these will start in April 2017, apart from Stokmarknes which is part of midsummer program.

From 3rd of April 2017, there will be a possibility of travel to Tromso from Svolvær and Lekne, says Widerøe on their websites.

– Now the access to attractive tourist destinations will be even better and for Northern Norway can help to create more jobs and boost the economy, says Traffic Director Jasper Spruit from Avinor.
