14 killed on the roads in September

In September 2016, 14 persons were killed on Norwegian roads according to preliminary figures. In September 2015, the corresponding figure was 11.

The average for September over the last 10 years is 17 fatalities.

The fatalities last month were ten men and four women. Of the fatalities last month, six were car drivers, one was a motorcyclist, two were cyclists, three were pedestrians and two were ATV drivers.
