Brende with condolences for Orlando massacre

On Friday Foreign Minister Brende signed the  condolence protocol after the massacre in Orlando at the US Embassy in Oslo.

49 people were killed and over 50 wounded, several of those in danger of losing their lives, in the attack on the gay club Pulse in Orlando, Florida on Saturday night. The perpetrator Omar Mateen (29), who was born in the US of Afghan parents, was equipped with multiple weapons and a bomb-like object, and he also took several hostages.
– My deepest condolences go to the victims and their families after the tragic shootings in Orlando,  Brende writes on Twitter after the massacre.
