Currently only eight people lives at the reception center in Råde in Østfold. Approximately 1,000 beds are empty, according to newspaper VG.

According to the newspaper, it is now almost two employees per asylum seeker on the receipt, which last November was completely full. The premises are manned for 250 asylum seekers, and about 15 people go to work every day.
– It tends to pick up in April. UDI says we must be prepared. We welcome what comes, says center manager Helge Ekelund VG.
In six years, Norway has gone from record arrival figures for asylum seekers, the lowest in 20 years.
Tuesday adds immigration minister Sylvi Listhaug (FRP) presented its controversial proposals for tighter immigration policy for an extraordinary cabinet meeting. Then follows new negotiations in Parliament.
