Fewer EU and EEA nationals residing in Norway

So far this year,  Poles are at number one among the list of EU and EEA nationals who have settled in Norway. At the same time, fewer people from the group settled in Norway than in the same period last year.

From April to June this year  4,079 Poles, 1712 Lithuanians and 994 Romanians have settled in Norway, according to figures from the UDI.
So far this year, 16 789 EU and EEA nationals have immigrated to Norway. That’s a smaller number of people than it was in the same period last year, where 19,440 had settled in Norway.
41,349 in total of the same group immigrated to Norway last year.
