Woman seriously injured in a camper car accident
A woman in her 60s was seriously injured after the driver of a camper car slammed the brakes for a deer on the E6 at Høvringen in Oppland on Sunday.
At 3.30 pm the Innlandet Police District tweets that the injuries of the woman are not life-threatening.
The police received notification of the accident at 12.30.
“We have received the message from Emergency Call Centre (AMK), that a camper car has slammed the brakes for a deer. A Passenger in the back of the camper car has, for some uncertain reason, been injured. After that, we have been informed of serious head injuries,” Operations Manager in Inland Police District, Atle B. Von Obstfelder, tells NTB.
The police have established a case and will question the driver of the camper car.
