A man in his 20s has been charged with drunken driving after the descent, which occurred at a roundabout around 5 am on Sunday. Two men were in the car, NRK news writes.
– It took some time before police arrived on site. By then a bystander had   started to take pictures of the traffic accident. Then he was knocked down by the driver or the passenger. They may have been angered by the man taking pictures of them and the car – however, we still consider this  a case of blind violence,  Andreas Vesterhus, Leader of Operations in West Finnmark Police, says.
