Violence indicted Mohyeldeen Mohammad arrested

Norwegian Police have arrested violence indicted Mohyeldeen Mohammad in Oslo, according to the National newspaper VG.

Mohyeldeen Mohammad was arrested at his home at 7.30 am and will be presented before the court for imprisonment this morning, reports VG.

The Oslo District Court will decide whether Mohammad is to be incarnated to make sure that he meets in the violence case against him.

The Islamist is to meet before the Oslo District Court, charged with threats against Member of Parliament Abid Q. Raja (Liberals). The case was postponed as Mohammad did not appear when the case was due to start on October 22nd. A warrant for his arrest was subsequently issued.

Mohammad’s defence Lawyer, Brynjar Meling, this weekend informed NTB that his client is going to appear in the Oslo District Court for the delayed trial.

– My client appears before the court on Tuesday morning. He is adamant that he has no other intention than doing so, according to Meling.

Rot in Hell

Mohammad published a clip on YouTube on Saturday explaining why he did not appear before the court in October.

The charges were never pronounced to me, nor did I receive information as to when or where I should meet in court. I actually did not know that my presence there was necessary at all, he states in the video, which TV 2 showed on Sunday.

The Islamist has been charged with calling Raja a “filthy, apostatic pig” who should rot in Hell.
