The users of Nav are mostly satisfied with the services. Digitization is also well received by both employers and employees.

The annual user survey from Nav shows that satisfaction with Nav’s services has been stable for the last four years. 77 per cent are satisfied with the services, a somewhat higher proportion believe they are met with respect, and a little fewer say that they have confidence in NAV’s work.

People on sick leave are among those most satisfied with the services: 86 percent respond that they are happy. In previous years, the proportion has been around 80 per cent.

People on sick leave are one of Nav’s largest user groups and are therefore an important target group for digititalisation and efficiency improvement. In the past year, we have launched new digital services that have made it easier for both sick people and employers to manage and follow up sickness absence, says Kjell Hugvik, Director of Labor and Services.

The most satisfied users are recipients of retirement pension, cash support, work allowance money (AAP), child benefit and sick leave. People with reduced working capacity and little digital competence struggle the most.
