The Immigration Appeals Board (UNE) has so far processed 258 complaints from refugees and asylum seekers who arrived in Norway by the way of the borders near Storskog. So far, 26 have had their complaints supported.
The Directorate of Immigration (UDI) have rejected dealing  with the applications of all the 258 asylum applicants and all of them then have lodged complaints of the decision to UNE,  thenewspaper VG reports.
The issue in these cases has been whether persons concerned can safely be returned to Russia.
In the cases where the applicants have had their complaints supported, UNE has not come to any decision on whether the persons concerned are entitled to protection in Norway, only that the application for residence in Norway has to be reconsidered by the UDI.
