Previously, the  only racks where you could find city bikes were within Ring 2, but now about a third of the racks are placed between Ring 2 and Ring 3.
During 2016,  nearly 200 new racks have been built, with 3,000 bikes at the disposal of residents of and visitors to Oslo.
A city bike card for the whole of 2016 will cost 299 NOK, which is 200 kroner more than last year
