The four men are in their 20s late teens and . They were arrested in an apartment in the center of Haugesund and brought to the police station on Sunday morning,  Haugesund Avis writes.
The four are charged with the rape of or being accomplises in the rape of a 13 year old girl, and for exposing  another 13 year old girl to sexual acts.
– Three of them are held in custody at police headquarters. The fourth has been dismissed,  police lawyer Marte Engesli in South West police said.
Police took action after caregivers of one of the 13-year-olds reported the incident. The girls reportedly  came into contact with the four men through social media and arranged to meet them. They were then reportedly  brought to the apartment of one of the men,  Haugesund Avis writes.
– Our number one priority right now to question the three men that are in custody.  And to question the two girls is also high on our list of priorities, says Engesli.
Because girls are so young, they will take part in a so-called facilitated questioning. That will take place on Monday at the earliest.
The police have not yet determined whether any of the  accused men are to be produced for remand.
