Police Woman kicked in the face in Drammen

Two men in their 20s have been arrested after trouble at Bragernes in Drammen. One of them should have kicked a policewoman in the face, so she had to be sent to the hospital.

According to police, it all began with the men acted inappropriately and was expelled from Drammen center early Sunday. Later, according to a report the men had ended up in a brawl with a taxi driver over payment.

 – They beat him and made damage to the car. When police arrived, one of them kicked  them and hit one our people in the face, said operations leader Rune Hunahamar at the Southeast police.
The policewoman was rushed to the emergency room and then on to the hospital for examination of maxillofacial injuries. Currently, it is unclear whether she has suffered a fractured jaw.
The two men are put in custody and will be questioned during Sunday.
