Haraldrud recycling station in Oslo has been reopened after being closed due to discoveries of what turned out to be a training grenade and training ammunition.

According to VG, a total of 60 people were evacuated on Wednesday afternoon in connection with the discovery of possible explosives.

On Wednesday night, Oslo Police announced that a training hand grenade and training ammunition had been found. The waste originates from a fire site in Hølen in Vestby.

Police said earlier on Wednesday that they did not suspect anything criminal.
