The Beluga whale, Hvaldimir, who is currently in Hammerfest waters has changed his behavior, and a researcher believes his health condition is critical and worsens quickly.
According to iFinnmark, the whale reasearcher, scientist Eve Jourdain has written in a closed Facebook-group that the whale is sick.
“We have had the whale under critical observation since friday night. We have noticed physical changes in the whale as well as changes in behavior, which is a symptom when its health rapidly deteriorates as this whale is showing,” writes the scientist.
