Serious security flaw in the software of Apple products may lead to hacking and password theft, like thorugh the messaging application iMessage.

Thorugh using the phone numbers of users hackers can send pictures that contains a virus and take over Apple devices,  TV2 news writes.
The reason is reported to be a bug in the image treatment of Apple’s software .

THe message program iMessage, picture messaging service MMS, Safari browser and the mail program may all be vulnerable to attack. Hackers can steal passwords and other information without the user being aware of this, according to the British newspaper The Guardian.

A new software update iOS 9.3.3 for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Watch is meant to”plug” the security hole.
iPhone 4 can not update to the new version, and will thus continue to be postponed.
