A 22 years old man has been sentenced to prison for five months by the Supreme Court for having downloaded and spread over 36,000 images and movies of over 200 people, from service Snapsaved.

Supreme increased the earlier defined punishment. When the case was presented in Court of Appeal, the man was sentenced to 120 days in prison – around four months.

– The court has been concern because of a very large number of photos and films – 36,270 files in all – and a large number of people become aggrieved.

Of these, 200 were identified. Those affected are generally young and with limited life experience. Five have been identified as minors.

For the other, it is assumed that they are around 18 years.
With the people affected in these age ranges it would be very difficult to foresee the consequences of posting, or consent to the laying out photos of an intimate nature, said the ruling from the Supreme Court.

The penalty of five months’ imprisonment is a common punishment that includes convictions for storage and use of marijuana.
