The Food Safety Authority warns against the purchase and use of the dietary supplement Hydroxicut Hardcore Next Gen from the United States. The product has led to liver failure and death.

On their website, the Food Safety Authority states that they have received reports from the Spanish authorities that the product can be linked to one case of liver failure with fatal outcome.

– The Norwegian Food Safety Authority is not aware of the sale of the product in Norway, but we have received information that Norwegian consumers have ordered the product from foreign websites, they write.

The product is sold under the brand name Muscletech. It is sold through several foreign websites and online retailers to private individuals.
