The Ukrainian driver who ran a tourist bus off the road in Valldal, Møre and Romsdal in late July, is charged with careless driving and manslaughter.
A man was killed and 14 people were injured when the Ukrainian tourist bus with 41 people on board went off the county road 63 at Grønning in Norddal Municipality Saturday, July 30th.
Prosecutors have now indicted 49 years old for careless driving and negligence in traffic.
