Police in Bodø warns against a synthetic drug that is in circulation, after four people on Saturday took overdose of the drug.
Saturday night there were four overdoses in Bodø and police believe there is reason to believe that these people have used the same fabric, writes Avisa Nordland.
Now Police is announcing a warning about drug
– This is a synthetic substance that is in circulation, but we do not know if it is the cause of overdoses. If it is stronger than usual, or if it is combined with other drugs, said police attorney Charlotte Ringkjøb from northern police district.
– Drugs are always dangerous, but that we get four pieces in a single night, is not common, she says.
All four men are in their 20s and 30s. Police said to NRK that the four are under treatment and that their situation is stable.
So far the police is not aware what kind of synthetic drug is in question or how it has been used.
