For a month, the cat had lived outside, screeching at night and appearing desperate.

It was warming up on car engines and tried to get in with the neighbour in the morning wrote Tønsberg district court in the verdict. The cat was visibly emaciated and appeared to have shabby fur.

The woman did not meet at the court for the lawsuit against her in Tønsberg district court this week. The trial was still conducted and the court sentenced the woman to a conditional prison sentence of 26 days with a probationary period of two years.
