A woman in his 30s is hospitalized after she  was attacked by two unknown men last Saturday and exposed to extreme violence in her own home Solbergelva in Nedre Eiker in Buskerud.

The police in Drammen says to the local Drammen Tidende that the woman called   23.20 pm Saturday night and told that two unknown men had broken  into her home. They had put her in a stranglehold and beaten her up, but not taken anything from the apartment.

Operations Olav Myrvold says the woman is hospitalized with injuries to the neck and face.

– The men did not steal anything from the apartment, so the purpose of visiting the woman was to beat her up, says Myrvold.

– The attack was no accident, but so far we do not know the link between the woman and the two perpetrators, he said further.

Police have questioned the woman in the hospital and searched  the house where she lives, with a tracking dog. The perpetrators are described as  being  of Norwegian appearance and of average height and physique. Sunday the police will make new attempts to find the men.
