Oslo police are looking for three youths who threatened a man with a knife to give them money to park at Grønland in Oslo on Wednesday.

The man called the police and said the three threatened him to give up 100 million to be allowed to park in Mandallsgate near Grønland subway station in 17.30 o’clock. They also took the man’s cell phone.

The motorist is unharmed, but there was a small damage in the car where the mobile phone was located, police said.

Oslo police Operations head Tor Jøkling told news agency NTB that they can’t rule out that the three have made similar offenses in the same part of Oslo earlier. They reckon that they are residents of the area.

– We are now reviewing surveillance videos and will follow up this matter; but so far no one is arrested, he said at 20:00 on Wednesday.

Police had earlier in the evening got a tip that the gang was seen somewhere in Grønland, but when the patrol got there, there was nobody who matched the description.

The young people are menacing, and one of them has a green jacket. Police are asking for tips from the public who may have information about the case.
