Bergen Municipality will receive 12,000 extra vaccine doses earmarked for students in connection with the start of study programs.

The 12,000 extra doses are expected to be delivered before the start of the study programs, and students will have to present their student ID to get the doses, the newspaper Bergens Tidende (BT) writes.

“We do not know yet how these doses will be administered. We don’t know whether we will have our own vaccination days for the students or whether we will do it at the educational institutions…

“This is something we will now discuss with the institutions,” acting chief infection control officer Kjell Haug told the newspaper.
