Nordby, Charlottenberg and Töcksfors shopping centers at the Swedish border report record high turnover during this year’s Easter.

“We had a fantastic week and set a records again. In total, there were 157,046 visitors, an increase of 11 percent compared to last year,” says center manager Madeleine Ward from Charlottensberg Shopping Center to Nettavisen.

The atmosphere was also good at Nordby Shopping Center at Svinesund, which is by far the largest center of them all.

“We put in a lot of effort. This year we have had five percent higher sales than last year, so far which was an ‘all time high’”, says center manager Ståle Løvheim.

In five days, the shopping center sold for SEK 150 million.

Töcksfors Shopping Center also reports record numbers.

“I believe most shopping centers had a good Easter, and we have succeeded in taking our share of the cake. Our visitor figures show that we had an approximate 30 percent increase from our previous “all time high”, which was in 2014,” says center manager Lars Erik Erøy.
