The total cost index for road goods transport decreased by 0.3 per cent from April to May 2016. Over the last 12 months the total costs have decreased by 0.4 per cent.
The fuel index decreased by 1.8 per cent during the last month. From May 2015 to May 2016 this sub-index decreased by 6.9 per cent.
Increase in wage index
The wage index increased by 0.3 per cent during the last month. Over the last twelve months this index has increased by 1.1 per cent.
Increase in ferry-and road toll costs
The sub-index for ferry-and road toll costs has increased by 0.2 per cent the last month. Over the last 12 months the sub-index for ferry and road toll costs has increased by 2.4 per cent.
Increase in administration costs
The administration costs increased by 0.1 per cent during the last month. Over the last twelve months this sub-index has increased by 1.9 per cent.
Decrease in the tyre index
The tyre index decreased by 0.1 per cent last month. Over the last 12 months this sub-index has increased by 3.8 per cent.
