Real estate prices increased by 0.4 percent in July. When adjusted for seasonal variations, prices rose by 0.9 percent.

Real estate prices are now 5 percent higher than a year ago, according to Eiendom Norge.

-”In July, almost 45 percent more used homes  were sold than July of 2019. Record numbers have used the summer to buy houses, and the fall in turnover in the housing market in the wake of the Corona outbreak from March and April has more than recovered by the end of July.”, said the Director, Henning Lauridsen, of Eiendom Norge.
