With horse and carriage arrived the crown prince couple Thursday morning Spydeberg rectory in Østfold.
The Royal couple spent the day celebrating the Constitution anniversary, and at the rectory did they watch excerpts of "game of the Constitution."
Later they went on to Moss, where the 200th anniversary of the Convention of Moss which was celebrated the day through.The Crown Prince held Thursday afternoon, "Peace speech in 2014" during the main event at the Mill Arena.
Placed safely inside a steel box came the original of the Convention of Moss Thursday morning to the convention farm in Moss. There it was placed in a glass and can be admired during the anniversary day .
Moss convention is usually safely stored in parliamentary records, and it was the president of the Parliament Olemic Thommessen (H) who brought the precious documents to Moss city.
- There is something very special about these old documents. It is pretty modest stuff, but there's something about it to really have it in front of him. These two documents are central to our history and has set the course for what would become the modern Norway and that would lay as the groundwork for 200 years of peace in Norden, said parliament president, according to Moss Avis.
- Congratulations to Moss, now are these documents back for the first time, said Thommesenr to applause from the audience.
