A 14 year old boy from London has received threats of litigation from IT company, ChromTechs, after having accused the company of fraud.

It has been reported by newspaper Stavanger Aftenblad that for four critical videos posted on the YouTube website the boy has received an email in which the company is threatening lawsuits and damages of up to $ 60,000.

14-year-old has removed three of the videos in which he criticizes the company to defraud customers on buying ChromTechs software against viruses and write fake user reviews.

The former owner of ChromTechs software MacKeeper received a lot of lawsuits in 2014 where customers accused the company for indistinct marketing and lies. The lawsuit ended the time in conciliation and the company did not have to confess guilt. Customers received the reimbursement.

Law Professor Hans Fredrik Marthinussen at the University of Bergen says to Stavanger Aftenblad that ChromeTech has a bad case against 14-year-old, as he is a child, and because the videos posted in Norway.
