A person admitted to St. Olav’s hospital with coronavirus died on Friday, July 30.
“We can confirm that a person who was hospitalized here died of COVID-19 on Friday, July 30,” communications consultant Kirsten McDonagh at St. Olavs hospital told the newspaper Adresseavisen.
The hospital did not wish to comment further on the death.
A total of twelve people have died with the coronavirus in Trøndelag.
