Moss: Father in his 40s accused of raping underage daughter for a number of years

A man in his 40s is accused of raping his daughter from 2015 to 2020.

The rapes are said to have lasted until she was eleven years old. According to the indictment, the rapes took place from 2015 to 2020.

Sexual intercourse with children under the age of 14 is defined as rape in the Norwegian Penal Code, as young children are almost always unable to oppose the action.

The father is also charged with incest against the daughter and committing sexual acts with another child under 16 years of age.

The case will take place in Søndre Østfold District Court in Moss from September 13 to September 17.
