The threats are unchanged following yesterday’s attack on the Ataturk airport in Istanbul; police said, therefore no additional security is introduced at Oslo Airport.
– With the current situation, we believe that the threat level in Norway is unchanged; therefore so far there is no action from our side. We follow the matter continuously and also maintain a close dialogue with Norwegian Police Security Service (PST), says police inspector Hans T. Holmgrunn in Eastern Police District Romerike to news agency NTB.
Holmgrunn said that if the threat level changes, the police will consider proper actions.
– One of the actions could be to have armed police, he said.
