President Juan Manuel Santos is now the latest in a series of laureates who will get his picture in the exhibition at the Nobel Peace Center in Oslo.
It was Geir Lundestad, former director of the Nobel Institute, who launched the idea of a museum of Nobel laureates, and in 2005 opened the Nobel Peace Center.
In what is known as the Nobel’s garden, the pictures of all the laureates of all time hang, and the image of this year’s winner Juan Manuel Santos is already in place.
It is designer David Small who together with architect David Adjaye are behind the concept.
They wanted to create something timeless, and the idea behind this installation is that all laureates are in the same room and talking.
The Colombian president will be handed the Prize later this year.
