One of the planes of Norwegian has carried out a controlled emergency landing at the airport in Copenhagen because of smoke in the cabin.
The incident with the plane, which was en route from Stockholm to Nice on Friday, sparked a major emergency at the Danish airport, police said. The smoke came from a faulty furnace in the kitchen of the airplane , Ritzau writes.
– We can confirm that one of our airplanes made an emergency landing at Copenhagen Airport. This was done without any kind of drama, director Daniel Kirchhoff in Norwegian says.
