Three Polish citizens are charged with attempting to smuggle six kilograms of methamphetamine and about a half kilo of ecstasy into Norway.
Two of the men were arrested when they arrived with the ferry from Kiel to Oslo in February.
– The cat has been found with large amounts of drugs. Police attorney, Øyvind Haukland, said to Aftonbladet that the car was on its way to Stavanger. He said that the investigation of the case will soon be finalized.

Since then the two were in custody because of evasion. The investigation led to a third person becoming arrested in Risvika, near Stavanger, in June.

The two men who sat in the car have not opposed the detention, even though they both claim to be innocent.

– My client says he had no knowledge of what was in the car, which was not his. He says he was on his way to Norway to vacation and that he likes Rogaland and Stavanger very well, says the lawyer for one of the two men, Kjell Myrland, to the newspaper.

Sara Buch mentioned that the newspaper has not been successful to be in contact with the men who were arrested in June.
