National team player Omar Elabdellaoui (28) was presented on monday as a new player for the Turkish club, Galatasaray.
The Istanbul club announced the signing on twitter on Monday. It was VG who first announced the transition.
The Norwgian defender has played for Olympiacos for the last six seasons, but has been without a contract since the club ended the season a week and a half ago. In Galatasaray, Elabdellaoui became teammates with national team colleague, Martin Linnes.
Elabdellaoui has previously played for Strømsgodset, Feyenoord, Eintracht Braunschweig, and Hull.
