Former Olympic winner in downhill skiing, Finn Christian Jagge, lost his life on July 8 after an acute illness. Now his mother Liv Jagge-Christensen tells about his death.

Only 54 years old, “Finken” had to give up a month after he was first admitted to hospital. In an interview with Se og Hør Liv Jagge-Christensen talks about her son’s terrible path from illness to death.

The mother says that “Finken” was admitted to hospital with volvulus, a twisted gut , and that complications arose and deveoped later. The condition worsened in the days before the Olympic winner from Albertville passed away.
