Røkke sells seafood stocks for billions

Aker has sold their shares in Havfisk and Norway Seafoods to Leroy. The sale will give Aker an monetary gain of approximately NOK 1.6 billion.

Kjell Inge Røkke bought himself out of the two companies.
Leroy is also buying out of Fausken of Havfisk, to take up 64.4 and 73.6 percent of the total share from Havfisk and Norway Seafoods respectively.
Leroy is offering the other shareholders of the companies the opportunity to buy them out. The total of 100 percent of shares in both companies are collectively worth 3.2 billion.
