Update: 255 new corona infection cases registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours

A total of 255 new corona infection cases have been registered in Oslo in the last 24 hours – 87 more than the same day last week, but 81 fewer than on Friday.

In the last two weeks, an average of 282 infection cases has been registered per day.

The infection rates are highest in the Alna district, with an infection pressure of 1,191 infected people per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks.

The figures are lowest in the districts of Vestre Aker, Ullern, and Grünerløkka. The peak of infection in Oslo was registered on August 30 this year, with 680 cases in one day.

A total of 60,467 Oslo citizens have been registered as infected with corona since March last year.
