BREAKING: 2021 Nobel Prize in Chemistry awarded to two scientists for work on constructing molecules
Benjamin List from Germany and David MacMillan from the USA have received this year’s Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
The researchers are honored “for the development of asymmetric organocatalysis.” They have contributed to the development of a new method for constructing molecules.
List is affiliated with the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung, and MacMillan is affiliated with Princeton University at the time of the award.
