16-year-old boy accused of rape at Huk in Oslo

A 16-year-old boy must appear in Oslo District Court next week. He is charged with raping a girl of the same age at Huk in Oslo on May 1 last year.

The now 16-year-old boy has been charged under section 292 of the Criminal Code, for obtaining sexual relations through violence or threatening behavior. The penalty is imprisonment for up to 15 years.

The alleged incident happened late in the evening on Saturday, May 1, 2021, when he was 15 and a half years old. According to the indictment, the boy pushed the girl down into a kneeling position, then pushed her against a wall and raped her.

The boy is also accused of stealing the girl’s bank card. This was used later that night to buy goods and services for NOK 1,100 in Oslo and Drammen.

According to the indictment, the 16-year-old is also accused of possessing a video that sexualizes children.

The Oslo District Court has set aside three days for the case, which starts in court on Monday.
