163 new Coronavirus infections registered in the last 24 hours

At midnight Thursday, 11,034 people have been infected with the  Coronavirus and registered in this country. This is an increase of 163 in the last 24 hours.

In the last two days, the number has increased by 252 new cases, figures show from the national reporting system for infectious diseases (MSIS).

Eleven people infected with the Coronavirus are receiving treatment at Norwegian hospitals since Wednesday, and one of them is being treated with a respirator, according to figures from the Norwegian Directorate of Health.

264 corona deaths were reported to the National Institute of Public Health on Wednesday. The number has been unchanged since 20 August.
